Message wow you had me duped dude, because how you stated above in this post "i have been selling the whole car for 4500 running and drive with 70k original miles only needing paint" and your classifieds post on 10/07/2010 states "car has 69,980 origional miles" and then on 10/21/2010 states "70,000 miles." and now looking at your providence craigslist 10/10/2010 you state "car has 69,980 origional miles. runs and drives perfect.". In all these 3 classifieds post you never once stated that the engine was a swap but only that it was original ( all the while also missed spelled original twice ;p ).

I took it as it was ORIGINAL miles. I was never interested in the car or inquired you to buy the car but had I been a buyer I no doubt would have asked you in person when you say original miles do you mean the engine is the original motor that came with the car from factory or has this car received and engine swap. You gotta disclose that man, you cant just say the car has 70,000 original miles because someone who doesnt know any better would probably be pretty pissed off know finding out its a swapped in motor without being aware of it in the first place. But I guess in your defense you can say thats the buyers fault for not asking but damn I would be pissed.

Thats why buying cars now these days you gotta be careful. I'm sure your car runs great as you described (if thats the truth) because many Z's have had motor swaps from na to tt's or swaps because of blown tt motors in which the after build it can be even stronger and better, but you have to disclose that info man. Because I was like damn thats a low ass mileage Z for $4.5K. Good luck with the sale. Now I also see why its tough for you to sell, not only does the automatic slow your sale, so does the motor NOT being original. Hopefully you have actual proof paper work and history on the motor too to win you some points.
